Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO
The purpose of the position is to provide administrative, secretarial, and logistical support to the CEO. The PA arranges meetings, drafts minutes of meetings and prepares other routine documents. The position ensures follow-up action as may be required by the CEO from time to time.
The incumbent is tasked with speedy processing, safe storage and retrieval of information; and to attend to visitors and telephone calls. Experience in events management is desirable. The PA may be required to provide other general administrative services as may be assigned from time to time. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an advantage. 4 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive or as a senior secretary in a busy department is required.

Positions in Governance Division (3 positions)
The Governance Division’s research agenda addresses the key aspirations of the Vision 2030 with particular emphasis on strategies under the political pillar, land reforms, and decentralization. Constitutional reforms, devolution, legal reforms, morality and values, economic governance, peace building and conflict management are critical in work of the division. In the interim the division will focus on land reforms, security and conflict management, constitutional and institutional legal reforms, economic and corporate governance, and devolution and the role and efficacy of regional authorities.
