Finance and Administration Officer


Our client, a local NGO based in Nairobi, is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
General ledger operations
Prepare journal entries
Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assist in budgets and forecasts
Account/bank reconciliations
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Education and Experience
Has completed CPA Section IV
A business related degree will be an added advantage
Has at least one year experience of general accounting
