Hospital Administrator Job in Kenya - St. Francis Community Hospital – Kasarani


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business related field

MBA will be an added advantage

At least two (2) years experience in hospital management

Thirty (30) years and above.

Key Responsibilities/duties:
  • Provide competent professional management aspects of the hospital
  • Facilitate implementation of hospital policies and protocols
  • Develop and implement hospital marketing strategy and business development plan
  • Institute resource mobilization strategies in order to sustain the hospital services
  • Facilitate implementation of the hospital strategic plan in alignment with other ministry of Health plans
  • Formulates annual operational plan in order to meet the strategic objectives
  • Enhance patients/clients satisfaction
  • Facilitate appraisal of hospital employees
  • Provides oversight of finances and assists in preparing monthly financial and programmes/service reports.
  • Networking and collaborating with the Government of Kenya, Development Partners and other stakeholders.
  • The Administrator reports to the Hospital CEO.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the hospital CEO or Board of Directors.
