Main duties to include:
- Undertake daily prospecting of clients with a view to obtaining outside catering functions
- Responsible for bookings, confirmations, billings, generating proposals, quotations and contracts
- Supervise food and beverage service at outside catering functions
Qualifications
- Food and Beverage management certificate from a recognised Institution
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
