County Developers Ltd, an emerging real estate development company seeking a talented sales professional with the experience, vision, and creativity to market and sell their developments, which include the Ksh.600m Runda View Apartments, among other residential, retail and commercial developments to be launched.

- Experience in business development, with core SELLING skills.
- The qualified individual will have at least 4 - 6 years experience selling property/insurance /investment or financial products.
- Preference will be given to those with an in-depth knowledge of real estate and a successful track record in real estate sales.
- An undergraduate degree from a recognized University in any field is a pre-requisite.
- The qualified candidate must be an extremely self motivated, confident, independent and energetic person who can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Superior computer skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate verbally, visually, and in writing are essential to success
- The individual must be a strong leader able to recruit, coach and lead a team of Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- The Head of Business Development will create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan and operating budget, in conjunction with the Director in-charge of Marketing and Sales.
- The professional will be expected to serve as the key liaison with buyers, leasers, investors, real estate agencies, legal advisors, partner banks etc.
- The Head of Business Development will also be responsible for, client presentations, advertising, sponsorship, or promotional programs of the firm.
Remuneration will be performance based as well as a basic monthly salary commensurate with the role.
