Sales Support / Administrator Job opportunity in Kenya


Job Title: Sales Support / Administrator

Company Profile:

Our Client is in the FMCG industry serving the markets in east and central Africa

Main Responsibilities
  • Processing Customer Orders.
  • Ensuring that customers Orders are dispatched on time.
  • Preparation of Invoices as per Deliveries done.
  • Payments preparation and allocation.
  • Debt collection
  • Credit notes and Debit notes reconciliation.
  • Sales Administration process.
  • Key accounts management.
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Carry out the general back office support to the sales team.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in a manufacturing unit.
  • Experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Must have thorough Excel knowledge.
  • Accounting/Finance knowledge will be an added advantage.
NB: The working environment is very busy and requires someone who can work under pressure.
