Minimum requirements
- A graduate degree in Commerce, Communication or Business Management
- At least 5 years Managerial experience in sub-Saharan Africa
- At least 3 years experience in running an operation / branch
- Proven record of people management
- Previous FMCG / Agency experience advantageous
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Developing and execution of country strategy
- Driving operation and financial performance of set country targets
- Full profit and loss responsibility for the country
- Reporting and reviews done accurately and timeously
- Managing a cross functioned team to ensure results are achieved
- Regulatory relations with all stakeholders
- Brand custodian in market
- Drive process innovation
