Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as allocated.
- Compile market intelligence, competitor activities and recommending appropriate strategy to increase company market share.
- Ensure growth in business volumes and customer numbers
- Quality management of customer expectations.
Key Requirements/Competencies:
- Strong and proven capabilities in Business development.
- Innovative and creative.
- High level of integrity.
- Customer focused and good PR.
- Decisive and confident
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- A passion and commitment to quality service performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline / Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Must be computer literate
- At least 2 years experience in direct selling
- Self motivated & proven ability to meet sales targets within defined deadlines
- Sales experience in selling health care services will be an added.
