Tour Consultant and Reservation Manager Vacancies

EXPERIENCED TOUR CONSULTANT REQUIRED

We are a well establish medium sized Destination Management Company
with offices in Kenya & Tanzania. We specialise in safaris throughout
East Africa. We are looking to fill the following vacancies:

1.      Tour Consultant
a.      Main responsibilities
-       Handle tour inquiries via email
-       Create programs, costings, reservations, invoicing & payments
-       Organise ground logistics
-       Maintain existing partnerships and assist in developing new leads/business

b.      Qualifications
-       Minimum 3 years experience with a reputable firm
-       Knowledgeable on the East African circuits
-       Must be Fluent in English and either French, German, Spanish or any
other foreign lanuage
-       Computer literate
-       Diploma/degree in Tourism Management/Tours & Travel or similar
-       Ability to work with minimal supervision

2.      Reservations Manager
a.      Main responsibilities
-       Handle all reservations & block bookings
-       Assist in organising ground logistics
-       Meet & greet clients & provide pre & post safari briefings

b.      Qualifications
-       Minimum 3 years experience with a reputable firm
-       Knowledgeable on the East African circuits
-       Must be Fluent in English. Fluency in a second language is an added advantage
-       Computer literate
-       Diploma/degree in Tourism Management/Tours & Travel or similar
-       Ability to work with minimal supervision
