REGIONAL COORDINATOR – MBEYA & DODOMA


Distribution of Tigo products, relationship building with retail outlets and provide dealer support.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct distribution execution (100% availability of all denominations)

2. Coordinating training of dealers' salesmen, staff on fmcg pto assist them in meeting KPI's.

3. Perform retail audits to ensure that the route supervisor are delivering, ensuring there is 100% availability of all denominations

4. Compile distribution reports at agreed intervals to Regional sales manager.

5. Follow up and ensure that dealers purchase targets are met.

6. Issuing reports requested by area management or general management in timely and professional manner.

7. Effectively handle other tasks assigned as and of when they arise.

REQUIREMENT

2-3 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Marketing or other related fields.
