PLATFORM TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

This position is required for identifying and implementing national strategies that drive acquisition and volume sales through on-ground promotions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To perform all aspects of user admin management on the Platform.

2. To ensure availability in line with the standards as undertaken by the solution platform provider.

3. To ensure all business requirements by the Commercial team and approved through the SOX process are implemented on platform.

4. IT aspects of the platform including but not limited to platform design, implementation and integration, technical support and trouble shooting.

5. To coordinate all possible upgrades, patches or fixes to the platform

REQUIREMENT

4-5 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
