NOC MANAGER


To ensure smooth network operations, in order to maintain high network availability and to achieve the overall company goals and that the network operation centre talent is used effectively and efficiently to accomplish network service availability up to 99.99%

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To set up a complete Network Operation Centre

2. To take care of all Fault Management activities (monitoring of alarms, notification to operations, tracking of corrective actions, reporting of fault to "ticket closed" activities)

3. To operate a trouble ticket system, a work order management system and a network manager of network element managers

4. To centralize all network changes request and to coordinate the implementation of the changes through generation of work orders

5. Prepare and send weekly and monthly reports to network related operations and manage security procedures (specifically for site access)

REQUIREMENT

4-5 years of experience

Telecommunication, Electronics and Communication Engineering
