CIVIL ENGINEER
Qualifications and experience
o BSc Civil Engineering.
o Registration with ERB as a graduate or Registered Engineerand membership with IEK shall be added advantage
o Proficiency in Office and CADD computer applications
o Other structural analysis and design software will be anadded advantage
o 5 years experience in a similar position with at least twoyears experience in the sugar industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
o Analyze construction designs to ensure efficient designparameters.
o Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformanceto design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
o Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activitiesat project site.
o Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installationsand establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
