ECCO also involves the government, CCI’s and other actors’ in addressing the plight of street families. Founded by former street children who after finding opportunities to rehabilitate their own lives, wanted to reach out to other street children in their community. The organization addresses the situation of street children and youths in three dimensions: rehabilitation, creation of referral networks and advocacy.
