Reporting to the Senior Programme Officer, Governance and Social Services, this position is responsible for collecting, collating and analyzing information and data on and for the Council.
The position will involve extensive travel within the country. This is a fixed term appointment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences
- Ability to use research and statistical software and packages
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Other Competences:
- Demonstrable experience in research and report writing
- Strong public relations and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Team Player
