The National Council of Churches of Kenya, an umbrella organisation for Protestant Churches and Christian Organisations registered in Kenya, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates, to fill the following position:
Internal Auditor

Reporting to the General Secretary, this position is responsible for coordinating the internal audit and inspection function through regular review of internal control systems and carrying out investigations to ensure that the Council’s assets are safeguarded against misuse and loss and that all operations are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in finance, business, or economics
- CPA (K) or equivalent
- 3 years experience in a similar position
Other Competencies
- Training in project management and report writing
- Ability to work independently and effectively within tight deadlines
- Experience in computerized accounting systems
