� Be holders of Bachelor of Arts degree in Building Economics from a recognized university
� Be registered by the Board of Architects and Quantity of Surveyors of Kenya
� Have three (3) years work experience as a quantity surveyor
� Have sufficient experience in the field of quantity Surveying in formulation, implementation and control in tendering and procurement procedures.
� Be knowledgeable in relevant computer packages
