Applicants must:
� Have Bachelor of Architecture degree and a three (3) years relevant experience in large architectural firm.
� Be registered by the Board of Architects and Quantity of Surveyors of Kenya
� Be knowledgeable in relevant computer packages
The successful candidate will do Architectural Designs for the University College as well as oversee other Architectural works contracted to selected consultants and contractors. The applicant must demonstrate high degree of integrity plus excellent communication skills and interpersonal qualities in the client- contractor relationship. The successful candidate must be conversant with public sector procurement systems and processes, and be registered by the Board of Architects and Quantity of Surveyors of Kenya.
Employment for this post will be on a three years contract which may be renewed.
Salary Scales
- Senior Procurement Officer Grade XIII: Ksh 55,848 x 1,856 - Ksh 75,600 p.m
- Assistant Registrar grade XII: Ksh 52,931x 1,760 - Ksh 70,769p.m
- Quantity Surveyor Grade XII /Architect Grade XII: Ksh 52,931x 1,760 - Ksh 70,769p.m
