Primary responsibilities
New Hardware Installation/Allocation of IT resources viz. Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Desk Phones, Blackberry etc.Hardware/Network Troubleshooting.Installation of softwareInitiating and monitoring of Video Conferencing activitiesPerforming Preventive Maintenance for hardware and softwareCreation of users and allocation of disk space for the siteMaintaining content backupsAdministering the siteMaintaining backups of Archive mailsMaintaining Special backups for usersTagging all IT assetsQualifications & Experience
A University degree in the field of IT or electronics with 2 to 3 years of on-hand experience with various technologies.Preferable an MSCE with hand on experience on various Microsoft products viz. AD, Exchange, FPS etc..Prior experience in supporting end user with IT Equipment.Soft Skills
