Our client, a fast growing Microfinance company, requires suitable
candidates to fill in the following positions to be based in all the
47 counties within Kenya on permanent and pensionable terms.
Credit Officers. (Ksh. 54,800 p.m)
Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, the successful candidate
will have the following responsibilities:
Marketing of the company’s products in the area of operation.
Facilitate recruitment of new clients/ accounts.
Loan disbursements and deposit mobilization that meet defined growth
& quality targets.
Submission of weekly and monthly performance reports.
Responsible for cumulating and maintaining client information.
Qualification and Experience.
Have a diploma in a business related field. Bachelors degree is an
added advantage.
Prior sales experience in a financial institution is an added
advantage.( not mandatory)
Marketing/ accounting skills required.
Must be computer literate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self driven and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Self starter who possesses excellent presentation skills.
Customer care skills.
