Main Responsibilities

- Process sales orders, forms, applications and quotation requests
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Manage customers' accounts
- Perform customer verifications
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written
- Good study habits and ability to learn fast
- Good networking skills
- Creative mind
- Ability to multi-task
- Results Oriented
- Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skill
- 3 years Experience in a customer service role.
