Customer Service Executive Job in Kenya


Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Main Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, forms, applications and quotation requests
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written
  • Good study habits and ability to learn fast
  • Good networking skills
  • Creative mind
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Results Oriented
  • Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skill
  • 3 years Experience in a customer service role.
