We are currently recruiting for the following position which will be based at the Mbirikani site:
Farm Manager
Responsibilities:
- Overall effective farm management and responsible for day to day running of the farm.
- Preparation and forwarding of regular reports concerning the farm to the Chicago office.
- Maintenance of the filter ponds, green roof, and general landscaping.
- Overseeing installation of vegetable garden, chicken and egg production
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural and any related discipline.
- Training and experience in organic farming will be essential.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of key aspects of integrated farm management.
- Knowledge and experience in landscaping will be essential.
- Excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
