Voice and Accent Trainer

Do you have an excellent command of English Language?
Are you familiar with Canadian accents and enjoy training?
Our Client, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contact Center firm is looking for a Voice and Accent Trainer with a good Canadian accent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Improving communication skills of call center agents working on Canadian Outbound calls
• Delivery of soft skills and communication skills training
• Delivery of Voice and Accent neutralization training
• Developing and delivering training modules
• Amending and revising training programs appropriately, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
• Responsible for overall performance of trained batch

Candidate Profile

• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
• Willingness to work 24/7 and comfortable working in shifts
• Strong training ability
• Needs to have good Canadian/ American accent
• Mature personality
