The Operations Research Manager (ORM) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, monitoring, and dissemination of the PMNH+ Operations Research in the field, in collaboration with the HQ Technical Backstop and the Principal Investigator (PI). The ORM will provide technical oversight in the field of all stages of the operations research and will ensure the quality of the research design and implementation.
Required Skills and Experience:MPH, or Masters of relevant health field4-years experience implementing community or facility-based research in KenyaPrevious experience leading at least one quantitative and qualitative research studyTechnical expertise in maternal and neonatal healthAbility to write research briefs for publicationAbility to live and work in Elgeyo Marakwet County, KenyaExcellent English writing skills required.Proficiency in MS Office Word, MS Excel, SPSS or SASS or other relevant data analysis software.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
