5. Restaurant Manager

7. Chief Security Officer

Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in the Disciplined Forces, 2 of which should be in the rank of Inspector or in a similar capacity. The candidate must be excellent in investigations and should understand both Criminal and Civil Law.

8. Financial Manager

The candidate will be responsible for the overall financial activities of the hotel which will include effective financial planning and controls as per budgetary limits.

Applicants must have a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Finance / Accounting option, a professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA, CPA (K) and at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position. An MBA will be an added advantage.

Corporate Communications Manager

The candidate will be in charge of developing and maintaining the company’s corporate image and identity.

Applicants must have a relevant degree, a post graduate diploma in Public Relations/Mass Communication and at least 5 years experience in a similar position. A master’s degree in communication will be an added advantage.

10. Sales Manager

The candidate will head the sales team and will be responsible for managing and maximizing revenues for all accounts.

S/he must have a bachelor’s degree in a business related field , a CIM qualification with at least 5-7 years post qualification experience in sales account management, 2 of which should be at HOD level.

11. Sales Account Manager

The candidate will be responsible for managing and maximizing revenues for key accounts and sourcing for new clients.

13. Executive Housekeeper

14. Pastry Chef

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all day to day kitchen operations of any one of the outlets ensuring high standards of food and beverage production;
  • Maintaining proper food handling and storage procedures;
