Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate, implement and maintain administrative strategy and policies to meet the company requirements.
  • Prepare contracts and other legal documents for the company, ensuring that the company meets its compliance obligations under the relevant law.
  • Manage all claims, demand letters from 3rd party lawyers and correspondence from insurers, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately to ensure company position is not prejudiced.
  • Manage company properties, their jurisdiction, property ownership documents and advice on payment of rates to the relevant bodies.
Agronomist/Plant Breeder
