The job will be to manage customer service, stock levels, and merchandising. They should be able to manage different teams at a time with a more hands on approach. Should be quick in assessing client needs and sustaining relationships. The candidate will be required to be a sales person who will use whatever opportunities that may arise to convert sales.

Primary Responsibilities
- Organizing and supervising all the daily activities of a retail outfit.
- Overseeing the inventory of the store and accordingly placing replenishment orders.
- Strategizing and planning the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
- Recruiting staff and organizing training activities.
- Planning events and promotional campaigns for boosting sales.
- Evaluating and surveying the market and incorporating new ideas and plans into the retail chain.
- Evaluating the performance and work of the subordinates.
- Negotiating and dealing with suppliers and vendors for product procurement.
- Finance and budget planning of the store.
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to the employees of the store.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and standards of the retail outlet.
- Implementing marketing and other promotional plans for the retail chain.
Education, Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, in management, administration, retailing, sales or any relates field
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in the retail industry
- Should possess good written as well as verbal communication skills
- Should be a good team leader and possess the ability of keeping the employees motivated
- Have a hands on approach
- Should be quick in assessing client needs an sustaining relationships
- The candidate will be required to be a sales person who will use whatever opportunities that may arise to convert sales
