Ngare Ndare Forest Trust, based on the southern boundary of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy encompasses the Ngare Ndare forest on the northern foothills of Mount Kenya and acts as a critical wildlife corridor between the Mount Kenya and Laikipia – Samburu ecosystems.

Reporting to the Chairman of the Board of the Ngare Ndare Forest Trust, this position is responsible for the day to day running of the Trust’s activities to ensure that the set goals and objectives are achieved.

Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Be a holder of a Master’s of Science degree in environmental sciences or forestry
- Possess skills in donor reporting and proposal writing
- Possess computer skills
- Possess communication skills
- Experience and skills to manage a team of about twenty staff
- Community development knowledge desirable
- Tourism management experience will be an added advantage
- Possess 5 years post-qualification relevant experience
- Aged between 30 and 45 years.
- Ready to start working immediately
