Del Monte Kenya Limited is a premier producer and marketer of Fruits and Beverages.

To fulfill this objective, we wish to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Warehouse & Logistics Senior Department Head in our Warehouse & Logistics section.

The individual will join a high achieving management team, and the position offers good career prospects and succession management.

Position Scope:

The position reports to the Production Director. It is responsible for giving guidance and direction in the management of Warehouse and Logistics operations.

Key Result Areas:

• Planning, monitoring and control of containerization, dispatch and shipping areas.
• Management of sales orders from acceptance through to shipping.
• Coordinating logistical activities to meet customer requirements.
• Warehouse Inventory management.
• Communicating with Regional Sales and Distribution Office.
• Communicating with relevant Government authorities regarding export documentation.
• Equipment maintenance.

Person Profile:

• Any of the following Degrees:- Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Management / Administration.
• Diploma in Transport/Stores/Procurement or Business Management will be an added advantage.
• 3 - 4 years experience in Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain management in a reputable organization.
• Between 28 – 40 years of age.
• Computer literate.
