Asset Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya

We are a leading leasing company in the region that manages a considerable leasing portfolio of a diversified asset range in excess of Kshs.8b.

We are looking for an Asset Manager to become a key member of our team driving its continued growth.

The applicant will report to the CEO.

• The applicant should be a self driven individual with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• He/She is expected to manage relationships with existing customers, oversee contract renewals, disposal and collections.
• He/ She should ensure timely and accurate preparation of the necessary management reports that relate to this key function.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
• Experience with financial ratios (IRR/ROA/NPV) would be an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate should be in his/her late 20s and early 30s preferably with a first degree.
• He/ She should have a working experience in the financial sector, preferably banking; ideally spent sometime in credit and relationship management.
• Good career prospects and a competitive compensation package will be offered to the right candidate.
