Key Responsibilities
- Develop ICT Structure to deliver services effectively within the hotel environment
- Manage ICT officers to support business systems and customer requests
- Establish contracts with vendors to support infrastructure and software 24x7
- Ensure that all Microsoft BackOffice Applications function optimally
- Establish a helpdesk system for capturing user requests and resolving them in a timely manner
- Develop and implement disaster recovery for servers and business applications
- Manage various ICT Centric projects across the organization to deliver objectives on time and within budget
- Advice management on the best way to leverage technology in order to maximize profits
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or other relevant course MCITP or CCNA
- At least three years working in similar capacity in a busy ICT environment
- Familiar with helpdesk automation tools
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
