Internal Auditor Vacancy

Our client, a poultry operation in East and Central Africa in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as anInternal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:-

• Carrying out of financial and operational audit for the company
• Checking the accuracy of accounting records
• Preparations of audit and special reports and compiling audit files on findings on any weaknesses on the internal control system and give suggestions on how to make improvements.
• Following up on the progress of implementation of the various suggestions as approved by the Management
• Carrying out audits and preparation of financial statements

Key Qualifications:-

• Minimum B.Com in business related field
• Must have CPA (K)
• At least 3 years experience in auditing. Internal audit experience will be an added advantage
• 3 years minimum experience
• Good computer and record keeping skills
• Energetic with good interpersonal skills
• Results oriented with a proven track record

Other Competencies:-

• Work well under pressure and understands and acknowledge views of others
• Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management & feedback
