Position: Sub Regional Human Resource Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as a partner to the Managing Director of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi region for all HR related matters.
- Assist the Regional HR Manager to Lead and model the way for HR related issues in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Directors of the region.
- Provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources support to the Management Team and the staff of the sub region.
- Manage the Sub region Human Resources Department efficiently, within budget restraints and legal obligations.

Qualifications:
- BA in Management with a major in HR or equivalent diploma.
- 5-10 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management: recruitment, training & development, management, administration, compensation & benefits, legislation.
- Proven track record in service industry and multinational environment will be an added advantage
