CMC Motors Group, one of the largest provider of transport solutions in the East African Region, is looking for a Sales Manager for its operations in the Group.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of the following key responsibilities:

- Ensure the achievement of Group (Divisional) Sales targets.
- Conduct vehicle sales, demonstrations and ensure timely deliveries of all units.
- Oversee vehicle preparations, allocations and display.
- Frequently update the clients’ database.
- Handle customer complaints and conduct after sales follow-ups.
- Organize for financing for clients from banks.
- Monitor competitors and analyze the motor market.
- Monitor stock movement and conducts stock checks.
- Train and develops staff.
- Assist in debt collection.

- University degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
