Printing Assessor job in Kenya

Purpose
the successful candidate will be responsible for handling all the estimation tasks by evaluating the client’s specifications and providing accurate and timely quotations to clients within the agreed policy and procedures.

Job Description

•Drawing all quotations by evaluating client’s specifications to with an objective of ascertaining cost
•Ensuring that Order received reports are prepared and submitted to the supervisor on time.
•Advising the clients on various modes of print, material and processes to meet their demand.
•Responsible for accurate conversion of confirmed quotes to jobs by way of raising job cards for production to execute the job on time.

Minimum Requirements
-Must be a holder of at least diploma in printing or any other related field
-Possesses at least 3years experience in a similar field with high degree of computer literacy
-Must have ability to work with minimal supervision with strong prioritization skills
-Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Has excellent verbal, written skills
