Finance Support
- Maintaining petty cash imp rest for Nairobi office
- Receiving invoices and placing payment requests
- Inputting all finance data in the system
- Checking, correcting and processing field cashbooks
- Assist to prepare financial reports for management, donor reviews and statutory audits
- Assist to prepare for internal and external audits and donor financial reviews
Requirements:
- Certified Public Account (CPA) part I
- At least 1 years experience in an accounting preferably with a humanitarian aid organization
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and at least one computerized accounting system. Knowledge in Quick Books will be an added advantage
- Ready to work for long hours
- Team player, excellent interpersonal, organizational, multitasking and communication skills
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and action
