Description
KenyaBuzz are recruiting for the position of Senior Sales Executive to work in their Westlands office to carry out sales of advertising positions in our media.
1. Developing and growing existing customer relationships
2. Cold calling potential customers
3. Developing new routes to market
2) Be a contact point for customers;
1. Answering customer queries relating to the services they have bought
2. Successfully handling any complaints
3. Nurturing and developing customer relationships
1. Meet monthly sales targets and receive excellent commissions
2. Maintain a monthly spend of regular customers
You will be a natural communicator who can instil trust and confidence in others. You will be organised and methodical, recording what sales activities you have carried out and what the next step will be. You will be comfortable using the internet and explaining advertising to potential customers.
EXPERIENCE:
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to sell successfully in a competitive environment. You will be able to successfully identify the needs of customers and correlate that with our products.
