Inades Formation Kenya an NGO working in support of rural communities to realize/towards a prosperous and influential rural world is looking for:

1) Project Officers

2 Positions

Requirements

• Minimum first degree in Agriculture (a must). Those with Masters Degree on Project Management or Community Development have an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 (four) year experience as a Project Officer with rural Community development
• Knowledge on Climate Change.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal relations.
• Results/impact oriented. Proof of results realized/achieved.
• Team player.
• Demonstrated ability on Resource mobilization.
• Writing skills and artistic presentation/Documentation.
• Tested driving skills.

2) Field Officers

1 Post

Requirements

• Diploma certificate in any of the following areas

1. Dryland farming
2. General agriculture
3. Sustainable or Organic Agriculture
4. Livestock production.

• Three (3) years experience with demonstrated results.
• Knowledge of Climate Change.
• Skills of riding a motor cycle.
