Knowledge Transfer Centre is a leading provider of internationally recognized ICT & Technology related business training, delivered in partnerships with leading global technology vendors and service delivery partners.
Due to the need to grow across the industry, we wish to recruit a dynamic, target-driven and sales oriented individual to fill the above position.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager-KTC, you will be responsible for creation, development and successful closure of training opportunities for the Knowledge Transfer Centre.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager-KTC, you will be responsible for creation, development and successful closure of training opportunities for the Knowledge Transfer Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop account plans and sales strategies that will ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
- Develop a solid sales funnel of training opportunities;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database;
- Create new accounts, establish training requirements and follow up on leads given by other cross functional teams;
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on trainings packages;
- Prepare and conduct competitive proposal presentations and RFP responses;
- Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure regular distribution of client publications;
- Ensure consistent updating of course materials;
- Work closely with vendors and partners to pursue client leads and new products training;
- Keep abreast with vendor and partner strategy and market trends; and
- Prepare sales reports as required.
Requirements/ Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or other relevant;
- Understanding of IT products available in the region (Cisco, Juniper, Oracle, Sun and others)
- Certification in ITIL and Project Management.
- Three (3) years relevant experience in IT sales;
