- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the following departments within the organization: Finance, Production, HR, Admin, Customer service, Supply Chain.
Finance
- Manage the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly accounts and financial data.
- Use financial data to improve profitability.
- Prepare and control budgets.
- Control and manage stocks of product and consumables.
- Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company.
Admin
Manage the administration team to ensure:

- Accurate order processing
- Correct invoicing
- Customer service and communication
- Distribution efficiency
- Sourcing and stock control
Human Resources
- Plan the use of human resources.
- Organize recruitment and placement of required staff within new organisation
- Establish organizational structures
- Delegate tasks and accountabilities.
- Establish work schedules.
- Supervise staff.
- Monitor and evaluate performance.
Production
- Coordinate and monitor the work of the production department
- Warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure quality of products.
- Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery.
