- The people we are looking to join our team MUST have the following;
- Prior call center experience with British or American accounts
- A crisp, clear, neutral accent
- Ability to confidently articulate a Sales pitch
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and active listening
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
- Should be Reliable, enthusiastic with an upbeat personality.
- Customer service oriented—enjoys helping people & going the “extra mile” to meet each customer’s needs
- Quick learner, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution.
- Desire to achieve and excel above the rest
- Aspirations to develop a career within KenCall
Educational Background:
- Diploma in any field (Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage)
- 2 years’ experience in a sales/telemarketing business setting.
- Insurance background a definite advantage
