Regional Sales Manager Job in Kenya

Our Client, a global Organization, seeks to strengthen their commercial presence in East and West Africa and seeks to appoint a Sales Manager to grow their business in this region.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Marketing Option) or equivalent qualification.
• Post graduate qualifications in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of Account Management/Business Development experience in the Security Products Market
• A solid knowledge of Windows environments and IT network; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
• 5 – 10 years Experience in the Security market
• A solid knowledge of building management systems.
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• High level of initiative, team player and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
• High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
