Human Resources & Admin Officer
Reporting to H R & Admin Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Participation in recruitment of staff
- Coordination of training programs
- Coordination of performance management
- Management of health and safety programmes
- Review of the HR policies and procedures
- Dutiful compliance with statutory requirements
- Management of office security and office services
- Management of administrative controls of procurement
- Management of company motor vehicles.
Qualifying Criteria
- Bachelors Degree ¡n a Business related field and a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
