Medical Care Assistant: Resolution Health Jobs in Kenya

The Resolution Health brand is energetic and trendy. In pursuit of our ambitious growth plan, we are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to join our Medical Operations team.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Manage client and medical provider queries via telephone and email;
• Generate outpatient, dental and optical authorizations and track to confirm delivery;
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
• Maintain a feedback system for clients and other intermediary inquiries;
• Log all help desk interactions and forward to relevant persons;
• Handle members’ post discharge follow up calls;
• Generate outpatient reports;

We are looking for a person who has:

• Willingness/ability to learn to use new computer systems and applications
• Willingness to take personal responsibility for client queries and see a problem through to its resolution
• Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision

Qualifications, skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of working with MS Office a must
• Good command of spoken English language, fluent and polite
• 1 year working experience in a related position
